Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation services in primary care are designed to help individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and enhance their overall function and quality of life.

These services typically include physical therapy, which assists patients in restoring mobility and strength through targeted exercises; kinesiology, which aims to improve movement patterns and physical performance with personalized plans; and recreation therapy, which uses recreational activities to boost mental, emotional, and social well-being.

By integrating these therapies into primary care, patients benefit from a holistic approach that promotes healing, encourages independence, and helps prevent future health issues, all within the context of their daily lives. These services require a referral.
