Community Programs
Connect with people and participate in activities designed to help you feel better both physically and mentally. Led by therapeutic healthcare professionals, community programs aim to help you improve and maintain your quality of life. In a group setting, you'll get to move your body, stimulate your brain, and flex your creative muscle in the company of new and familiar faces from the community.
Our staff continually strive to create engaging, free programs to meet the health needs and interests of our community. Click the tabs below to find out what types of programs you can participate in. Not all programs are offered all the time. If you'd like upcoming program notifications sent via email, sign up here. You can also check out the program calendar below.

Community Canvas with Maureen McNeil

We’re thrilled to be spotlighting local artist Maureen McNeil in our new Artist Series!
Maureen brings so much heart and creativity to our community, and we’re grateful for her commitment to making art accessible for everyone, no matter their age or experience.

This program has already filled up, which shows just how excited our community is to learn, create, and connect through local art. Even though registration is now closed, we’ll be sharing updates and highlights along the way so you can follow the journey and see the incredible collaborations and creativity happening right here at the Perth Family Health Team.

We’re so proud to partner with Maureen and to continue building a vibrant, creative community together. Stay tuned, there’s lots of beauty and inspiration to come!
