Community Programs

Connect with people and participate in activities designed to help you feel better both physically and mentally. Led by therapeutic healthcare professionals, community programs aim to help you improve and maintain your quality of life.  In a group setting, you'll get to move your body, stimulate your brain, and flex your creative muscle in the company of new and familiar faces from the community.

All community programs take place at The Factory at 40 Sunset Blvd, Unit 105 – it's the very rear left corner of the building (Entrance C).

Our staff continually strive to create engaging, free programs to meet the health needs and interests of our community. Click the tabs below to find out what types of programs you can participate in. Stroll Together: A Walking & Wellness Education Group

A 6-Week Walking and Wellness Education Group for the Pregnant, Postpartum and Newborn Journey

​

Join us for Stroll Together, a 6-week walking and wellness education group held on Thursdays from 10:00–11:30 AM.

​

This program is for parents, caregivers, and anyone looking to learn more about the pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn journey.

​

Each session will include:

A short educational discussion (20–30 minutes)

A light, gentle walk (30–40 minutes)

Opportunities to connect, learn, and move together

 

Come enjoy supportive conversation, wellness education, and gentle movement in a welcoming environment. We look forward to strolling and learning together!

For safety, we ask that children remain in a stroller or carrier for the duration of the walk.​

​

This program will begin and end at 40 Sunset Blvd. (The Factory)

​​​

Registration is required for this program, late registration is welcomed for this group.
